As an Internal Recruiter, you will oversee all aspects of recruitment and the end-to-end hiring process. You will play a key role in sourcing and securing top talent to support our operations. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire the best talent for our growing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job postings to executing the full hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including structured interviews and skills evaluations, to ensure both culture and competency fit.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System - Workable.
- Stay informed on talent trends and market dynamics to refine recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction efforts.
What we are looking for:
- A strong ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proven success in filling a wide range of positions, with expertise in direct sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Workable, as well as other recruitment tools.
- A well-established network within the iGaming industry, giving you access to a diverse pool of talent.
- Experience or a strong interest in tech recruitment, which would be a valuable asset.
- A strategic mindset, assessing candidates not just for their skills but also for their cultural and value alignment with the company.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, helping you overcome sourcing challenges and candidate objections.
- A passion for discovering and attracting hidden talent to drive company growth.
- Adaptability to changing market trends and recruitment landscapes, ensuring a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Proficiency in online talent sourcing, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
