What You’ll Do
- Execute and proactively oversee permit applications and administrative HR onboarding processes for international starters, pertinent to different types of work visas and residency applications. You will be the main supporting body of our valued HR squad, overseeing execution, jump in where needed, and providing hands-on guidance.
- Draft, amend and review types of employment contracts for group wide company set ups
- Integrate and partner with recruitment and IT teams to drive an efficient pre-onboarding and onboarding process and implement unified solutions.
- Manage employee relations, internal movements, and cross-border HR coordination. Serving guidance on policy and practices, whilst nurturing a healthy day to day workplace.
- Implement and support performance management systems in collaboration with line managers.
- Lead ad-hoc projects related to office management, HR policies, process improvement. Focusing on people and business
What You’ll Need
A to Z employee cycle knowledge is a must-have to start with.
- Solid understanding of Maltese employment law
- Hands-on experience with IMA Portal, Jobsplus, and global relocation (EU & TCN)
- At least 5 years in an HR executive role (ideally within a fast-paced or international setup)
- Emotional intelligence and natural leadership presence
- Experience with tools like BambooHR, Basecamp, and Shireburn (or the proven ability to adapt quickly)
