As Head of CRM, you will be responsible for:
- CRM Strategy & Sales Funnel: Ensure effective CRM activities that provide a solid sales funnel and retention process.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyse CRM strategies, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the bonus budget across all customer segments.
- CRM Process Management: Ensure efficient CRM procedures are in place and equip the team with the necessary tools for success.
- CRM Tools Optimization: Define requirements for effective use of CRM tools and infrastructure.
- Customer-Centric Activities: Ensure CRM activities are customer-centered and tailored for target groups.
- Collaboration with External Partners: Work with agencies and suppliers to successfully deliver the CRM plan.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, manage, and deliver CRM & marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment customer database to deliver tailored and relevant marketing messages.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure ROI through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate projects by liaising with various departments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize CRM and onsite campaigns.
- Other Tasks: Undertake any other tasks as required by the company.
- Team Management: Lead the CRM team to excellence, ensuring high performance.
WHO ARE YOU?
- Experience: Senior CRM leadership experience, ideally in iGaming or a fast-paced digital sector. Proven track record in developing and executing CRM strategies and managing teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM tools, customer segmentation, data analysis, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Strategic Abilities: Skilled in budget management, process optimization, and cross-department collaboration.
- Leadership: Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Other: Results-driven, adaptable, and customer-focused. Based in Malta with hybrid work flexibility.
