Casino Commercial Manager - SEU

We’re looking for highly skilled, commercially minded thinker who excels at leveraging data-driven insights, making strategic decisions, and collaborating across teams. In this pivotal role, you will develop, implement, and own a bespoke Commercial plan for your liquidity, playing a key part in shaping the next phase of our business while championing diversity and equality.

Reporting to the Head of Casino Commercial, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic campaign framework to maximise profitability and player satisfaction in the SEU region. As part of a tight-knit team of four, you will drive a winning Casino strategy that integrates content, promotions, and user experience.

Close collaboration with Casino Content, Marketing, and the wider SEU organisation will be essential. You will immerse yourself in market-level analysis to become a subject matter expert, crafting a unique, localised strategy that reflects internal performance, market dynamics, regulation, and competition.

A key aspect of this role involves making strategic budget decisions, ensuring resources are deployed effectively. Strong forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills are essential, with commercial performance reporting required for the Head of Casino Commercial, the MD of SEU, and the wider PokerStars Leadership Team.

What you’ll do:

• Handling an 8 figure offset (promotional) budget, leveraging data science and tech to ensure that revenue targets are met and exceeded.
• Regular performance reporting to leadership. Ensuring effective and frequent communication at these levels will be critical for success in the position.
• Understanding the nuances of SEU and developing a comprehensive Commercial strategy covering both “Casino first” and “Poker-Cross Sell” to capitalise on the opportunities presented.
• Create end-to-end commercial & promotional strategy for SEU Casino, including Lifecycle, Free-to-play, Above-the-Line and monetisation campaigns
• Become a SME for the SEU region: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging marketing techniques, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table.
• Position yourself as a leader among a diverse group of stakeholders including counterparts in Casino Games, Casino Product, Casino Analytics, Central Marketing, Poker and more.
• Leveraging Flutter expertise by outreach and knowledge share with counterparts in other brands.
• Help create a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging professional growth and identifying development opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a commercial marketing role within the iGaming industry or a similar competitive environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies and drive commercial success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, complex calculations, and visualizations.
• Strong leadership abilities, successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, building relationships with a diverse group of internal partners.
• Excellent presentation skills, effectively communicating complex concepts to senior audiences.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong prioritization skills, analyzing impact and effort to make data-driven decisions.
• A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, contributing to an inclusive work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Southern European Markets and languages a major plus.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
