The Role:
The Sportsbook Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, leading promotions, and working closely with other teams to ensure departmental goals are met. With a proactive mindset and a sense of opportunity, the Marketing Coordinator will manage campaigns from inception to reporting. You will collaborate closely with teams such as CRM, Digital Media, Social Media, Content, Design, and others, to manage campaigns from all angles. The candidate will champion agile marketing, project management, and support the business in delivering effective sports campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve strategic goals for marketing campaigns, whether launching new features, generating leads, retaining or reactivating customers. Ensure that all offers and promotions are of the highest quality and aligned with the brand.
- Plan and maintain the sports campaign calendar based on current sporting events.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, starting with drafting detailed campaign briefs, and working with the CRM team to identify the audience, key messaging, and communication channels for each integrated campaign.
- Oversee the execution, monitoring, and measurement of sports campaigns and their success.
- Conduct competitor analysis on products and marketing offerings.
- Develop procedures to ensure all key stakeholders are informed, approve, and review campaigns.
- Track, measure, and analyse marketing campaign performance, reporting results to various stakeholders.
- Implement attractive and effective cross-selling campaigns.
- Coordinate meetings with internal partners to define and align promotions, analyse results, and make recommendations for sports-related initiatives across various brands in The Multiple Group.
Requirements:
- Sports enthusiast with broad knowledge of various sports and regional preferences.
- We are looking for a passionate individual ready to elevate the role. Experience managing bonuses and promotions, either within CRM or Sportsbook, is a plus but not required.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions to achieve campaign objectives.
- Strong communicator, capable of building strong relationships and setting processes with various teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or industry experience.
- Understanding of CRM processes, techniques, and initiatives is a plus.
