As a Product Design Manager at Betsson you lead, mentor and facilitate, you will be responsible for a team of Product Designers. Together with the Head of Design and your team you’ll ensure the delivery of top-notch user-centric UI/UX for our Sportsbook Product. Your contributions will play a critical role in the overall success of the Sportsbook Product.
You strive to constantly elevate our product by creating compelling, useful, engaging user interfaces, and experiences. Rooted in user data and in collaboration with both the business and tech side, you’ll together with your team explore and execute different design approaches, to aid specific user needs and compliance regulations on our various markets. All to ensure that the product flows logically and looks beautifully on any device or market across multiple brands serving millions of customers.
The Betsson Group’s mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivalled customer experiences, and you will play a crucial part in achieving that mission. Our Sportsbook Platform is ours and developed in-house – from the Architecture to our Trading teams – we have an in-house platform which hosts our brands offering Sports betting for our customers.
At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN! Then again, what else would you expect from a business 75% millennial and 1900 strong, spread across 7 offices! We recognize it may not be for the faint-hearted, but if you’re a go-getter, initiator and always striving to push the boundaries and challenge yourself, then you’ll fit right in.
We offer numerous challenges where your skills will be put to good use! We encourage innovation, independence and celebrate success where you will be part of a multi-cultural and diverse company, with people from all over the world.
