We’re an exciting new live gaming studio bringing fresh energy to the industry. With ambitious plans for long-term growth and substantial investment, Malta plays a key role in our future development.

To support and drive our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our Live Gaming Studio in Malta.


As a key role within the organization, the Service Manager will play a pivotal part in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our overall success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills in the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Analytical personality with great attention to detail. Able to multitask efficiently.
  • Willing to learn and ambitious to grow, personally and professionally.
  • Able to work shifts (night, morning, afternoon, holidays)
  • "People-first" attitude
  • Able to identify and resolve issues independently with consistent professional conduct.
  • Strong sense of integrity, able to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Live Casino or iGaming experience is a plus.
  • Academic qualification in management and/or computers is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Run day-to-day operations of Proxy Live Solutions™ Live Gaming Studio.
  • Ensure the Proxy Live Solutions™ service is fully operational without interruptions/issues.
  • Ensured game results were completed and processed according to correct procedures.
  • Use of various internal systems, including but not limited to JIRA, WIKI, MS Office
  • Supervise game integrity.
  • Identify, analyse, log, resolve, and escalate all incidents as necessary.
  • Handle cards and other studio equipment as necessary.
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.
  • Ensure proper training of new colleagues.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Service Management processes.
  • Uphold and display the Proxy Live Solutions™ company values.
  • Any other duties as required and relevant to the role
