What you’ll do...

You will be responsible for identifying, prioritising and delivering strategic projects within Trading. These projects would range from process engineering to building new pricing models or suggested new project ideas using Artificial Intelligence or machine Learning.

• Planning and Reasoning: Seek opportunities to improve trading processes, create and outline a solution, measure its impact, prioritize projects, and effectively communicate with senior team members.
• Uncover AI/Machine Learning scenarios: Connect our trading business requirements with our quantitative and data science teams, recommending improvements for our algorithms, auto traders, or pricing models.
• Coordination with data Science / Product: Engage with our Data science, Quant or Product teams to assess inter-dependencies and required resources and timeline for project completion.
• Collaborator relationships: Engage with senior collaborators across the Trading division to assess opportunities, provide updates on key change initiatives, and ensure clarity on decisions made.
• Project Management: Ensure a clear focus on projects identifying areas for improvement, planning and leading their implementation and key achievements.

What we’re looking for...

• AI / Technology expertise: Background, degree or experience in technology led projects in particular generative AI, Machine Learning, Simulation models, Robotic Process Automation. While coding the solution is not required, you would be encouraged to coordinate closely with our Data Science and Quant teams to co-develop solutions.
• Insight, Data Analysis Skills: experience in dealing with large amount of data and turning data/analysis into insights and then insights into recommendations.
• Project management: Demonstrated expertise in autonomously leading projects, showcasing outstanding organizational skills to plan and reach landmarks and effectively communicate the progress made. Project Management Office experience could be beneficial.
• Business Insight: Demonstrating the ability to generate and quantify ideas, and effectively communicate their impact to senior collaborators.
• Fluency in English

What will set you apart:

• Consulting experience: Project experience in strategy, pricing or highly analytical/quantitative projects in tech, consulting or in-house strategy/pricing teams.
• University degree in Technical/Computer Science/Data Science or equivalent experience
• SCRUM/Agile Experience
