Quanta, an innovative online games aggregator platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and support as we expand our global footprint in the online gaming industry. Collaborating closely with the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) and cross-functional teams, the Senior Legal Counsel will help shape and implement compliance, regulatory, and legal strategies that align with our commercial objectives. This role will focus on ensuring adherence to relevant gaming laws and regulations in various jurisdictions and supporting contract negotiations to solidify Quanta’s market presence.


The ideal candidate will have substantial expertise in gaming law, licensing, and regulatory compliance across multiple verticals and jurisdictions, enabling Quanta to maintain robust legal and risk frameworks while fostering growth and innovation.

We are looking for a sharp minded senior legal counsel with experience in iGaming to join QUANTA our B2B gaming company. Reporting to the CEO, our chosen Legal Counsel will be responsible for the following;



Responsible




  • Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to supplier contracts, licensing and partnership agreements.

  • Provide timely and accurate legal advice on a variety of matters related to GDPR, intellectual property (IP), marketing, and gaming regulatory compliance.

  • Actively monitors ongoing developments throughout the company’s key markets in terms of regulatory developments within the online igaming industry and advises stakeholders on potential impacts while ensuring proactive compliance measures are in place.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to address legal issues and mitigate risks effectively.

  • Assists in the development of T&C’s and the implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to promote legal compliance and best practices across the Group.

  • Represents the company in negotiations, meetings, and other legal proceedings as and when required.

  • Takes ownership of client onboarding and due diligence processes.

  • Provides assistance to the CEO on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and banking matters.

  • Assists in and engages in the application of license approvals in new jurisdictions as necessary and as required.



Requirements:




  • A legal degree and at least 3 years' experience in igaming .

  • Native English writing and communication skills, with other languages a bonus

  • Strong understanding of GDPR, IP, igaming and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
