WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

As a Senior Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer base through strategic acquisition initiatives.

Your key duties include: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies to meet company goals. 
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to ensure alignment of acquisition efforts with overall business objectives. 
  • Manage end-to-end acquisition campaigns, from planning and execution to performance analysis. 
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audience segments and refine acquisition strategies accordingly. 
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve the effectiveness of acquisition channels and campaigns. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create detailed reports on acquisition campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external vendors to enhance acquisition opportunities. 
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate best practices into acquisition strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective acquisition assets, including ad creatives, landing pages, and other promotional materials. 
  • Work closely with analytics teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Monitor and assess emerging marketing technologies and tools to enhance acquisition efforts. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage acquisition budgets effectively and ensure a positive return on investment. 

 

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Proven experience in acquisition marketing, with a focus on driving customer growth. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with Income access, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Business suit, Jira is a plus. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in HTML and CSS for creating and optimizing landing pages and promotional materials. 
  • Proven experience and understanding of the European market dynamics. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, demonstrating a successful track record of managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
