Your Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in the iGaming industry, preferably with a platform, game supplier, aggregator, or white-label provider.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the iGaming and affiliate space across Europe and beyond.
  • Confident communicator, written, verbal, and over Slack!
  • Self-motivated and proactive. You don’t wait for leads; you go find them.
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles and navigating complex buying journeys.
  • Understanding of licensing, PSPs, and the wider iGaming tech stack is a big plus.


What You Will Do:

  • Own the Sales Pipeline: Proactively identify, approach, and convert new B2B leads, including operators, affiliates, and entrepreneurs looking to launch or migrate to a new casino brand.
  • Lead with Value: Clearly articulate the Apex value proposition and tailor your pitch to various stakeholder levels, from founders to CMOs to investors.
  • Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signing, including demos, product walk-throughs, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, onboarding, and product teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to help shape Apex’s positioning.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records and reporting via CRM tools (we’ll love you for being structured!).
