We are looking for a QA Tester to assess the quality of web related assets through manual testing. You will be an essential part of the team, assisting in testing webpages, emails, promotional bonuses, responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also skilled in writing and executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our marketing materials and systems work correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the testing of promotional bonuses, marketing emails, landing pages, content structure, banners, etc. to ensure they are executed correctly, and they follow the requirements
- Identify, document and track defects or errors found during testing
- Review and analyze the requirements for the marketing materials that are coming from the customer relationship managers (CRMs)
- Communicate with the team to help solve the ambiguities or inconsistencies in the requirements and to fix the errors
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases and analyze results for various projects and initiatives
- Perform regression testing, if necessary, to verify that new features do not negatively impact the existing functionality
- Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance the testing process
Requirements and skills:
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Good knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Jira, TFS)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the QA field
- Very good English level
