Where you Fit In:

The Operations Department acts as a support function on all such matters across various departments and interacts with many different aspects of the online gambling business on a daily basis. This role will therefore expose you to a number of different areas such as compliance, technical and improvement projects as well as new feature projects. In participating in the different projects, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders from various areas of the business.

Who are You?

You are a skilled and motivated Project Manager able to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources and communication among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project goals align with organisational objectives.

The impact you will have:

• Plan, initiate and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with the business goals
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals deliverables, timelines and budgets
• Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure any issues are promptly addressed
• Management of Cross-functional teams
• Contribute and help to improve the project management process
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing solutions as needed to mitigate delays or scope changes
• Lead project meetings, facilitate communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear
• Manage project documentation and ensure that all deliverables are completed and meet quality standards
• Conduct post project evaluations and share learning to improve future project executions
• Prepare the weekly project reports

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management metrologies
• Excellent organizational skill with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish language preferred
