We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner who can focus on player engagement products to enhance retention, reactivation and conversion strategy (B2C). As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical development team. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about creating products and new features that will propel the business forward and exceed user expectations.
In the Player Engagement department, we deploy a variety of technologies to automate user flows to improve player experience. Your main duty will be supporting the CRM team to make sure they are making the most use of the Player Engagement tools including Casino, Sportsbook Bonus Engine, Automated CRM tools, and Gamification while building additional capabilities for enhanced player experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance player conversion, retention, and reactivation, maximizing player lifetime value across the brand portfolio.
- Own and manage the roadmap for Casino and Player Engagement products, including Promotion tools, Bonus engine, Automation products, and Gamification products, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to prioritize tasks, define epics and user stories, and focus on delivering the highest-value features.
- Maintain a transparent and well-communicated product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Establish and oversee development goals, ensuring continuous improvement in team capabilities over time.
- Lead agile product development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product releases.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative tools that enhance automation throughout the player journey.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Player Engagement and Casino products, leveraging customer data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, and Bonuses, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Solid experience in Player Engagement and Product Management within the iGaming industry. Experience from Operator side would be consider an advantage
- Deep understanding of Casino/Sportsbook player behavior, bonus mechanics, and gamification.
- Proven ability to analyze data, measure product performance, and make strategic decisions.
- Hands-on experience with retention tools and loyalty strategies that enhance player engagement.
- Strong track record in bonus and automation product development.
- A strategic, creative mindset with a focus on continuous innovation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
