Product Design Lead

About the job 

We are seeking a Product Design Lead/Manager who will not only contribute hands-on to the design process but also guide a small team of designers to elevate the user experience across our platforms. In this role, you’ll lead the creative strategy and execution for key products, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with leadership qualities, working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize our products in the competitive iGaming and Finance industries. 

What you will be doing 

• Lead and mentor a small team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration. 

• Own and oversee the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, across digital products. 

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and product objectives. 

• Propose and implement new design features, components, and systems to improve usability and aesthetics. 

• Ensure that all designs align with business objectives and enhance brand consistency across platforms. 

What would make you a great fit? 

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design. 


• Experience leading design teams or projects, balancing hands-on work with leadership. 

• Previous iGaming experience. 

• A portfolio that demonstrates your eye for design and aesthetic sensibility, showcasing the outcomes of your design solutions by effectively applying UX/UI patterns and principles. 

• Proficiency in Figma with a good understanding of front-end development principles. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

• Data-driven mindset, with experience gathering and analyzing user data to inform design decisions and improve overall performance. 

• Experience conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback to refine and optimize the user experience. 

• Ability to translate user insights and metrics into impactful design solutions that align with business goals.
