THE POSITION


Overview


Boyd Interactive is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance marketing in particular paid search and possess strong analytical skills to drive successful campaigns.


Responsibilities



  • Developing the yearly acquisition plan and roll out while monitoring the budget and adjust anytime to reach the goals

  • Managing the team, guide and develop them to become specialists in their areas

  • Develop, implement, and constantly monitor the campaigns to optimize the new player acquisition by using all digital channels as Paid Search, Social, ASA, ASO, SEO, Affiliates and Programmatic

  • Manage A / B testing strategies to optimize campaigns and drive ROI

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for acquisition

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives

  • Stay current with the latest industry trends, changes of Google and Meta and technologies to ensure campaigns


 


THE CANDIDATE


Essential Qualifications



  • University degree

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and proven success in paid search (Google and Meta)

  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience with Paid Search, A/B testing, and setting up tracking and data-driven decision making

  • Already managing a team or ready to make the next step to guide a team

  • Is a self-starter with strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

  • Experience or interest in iGaming is a plus and managing monthly search budget over $200K
