WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The role will focus on configuring and maintaining payment solutions that enhance the user journey, boost conversion rates, and meet both market demands and compliance requirements. Working closely with teams across Product, Tech, Risk, Fraud, and Compliance, the successful candidate will help provide innovative and secure payment options.

Core Responsibilities for the role:
- Conduct regular reviews of payment performance metrics, identifying improvement areas and providing data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Communicate with payment providers to understand any changes required to maximise acceptance rate.
- Identify technical issues and manage the incident escalation process of potential impacts related to any of the offered payment services.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to conduct product testing.
- Serve as an escalation point for internal teams, addressing inquiries related to payment methods.
- Drive the integration of any new direct and/or aggregator payment methods.
- Own the management of payment methods for existing brands and monitor the configuration readiness of new market opportunities.
- Act as the key stakeholder for the cashier including its performance.
- Be receptive to other ad hoc duties that may arise as required by the business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Extensive knowledge in a similar role, with a focus on payments in the iGaming industry or a related sector (e.g., fintech, e-commerce).
- Experience working with integrations with Devcode (Payments IQ) Payment Gateway is a must.
- Strong knowledge of payment gateways, payment processors and alternative payment methods is preferred.
- Understanding of API integrations, payment processing workflows, and back-office payment system functionalities. Experience working closely with technical teams on integrations and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Has a passion for payments and wants to develop their payments knowledge.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team-player, while also being comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English. An excellent communicator both written and verbal but also a good listener.
