As an Office Manager, you will be reporting to the HR Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and events. You will lead the Facilities team, overseeing administrative and cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed efficiently, while providing support to the wider business and its employees.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining relationships with our landlord and maintenance suppliers to ensure our office is consistently maintained.
  • Collaborating with the Facilities team to identify any office supplies that are required, following the procurement process and tracking for comparative purposes.
  • Ensuring Facilities policies are up to date, adhered to and compliant with ISO27001 requirements.
  • First point of contact for any matters relating to Health & Safety and risk assessments, with an understanding of OHSA guidelines.
  • Collaborating with HR and Operations teams to ensure we provide an optimal experience for employees while working in the office.
  • Driving all administration tasks to completion within required timeframes alongside the Front Desk Administrator.
  • Coordinating new and exciting events both on-site and off-site, while effectively managing allocated budgets.
  • Regularly liaising with stakeholders across our global locations to ensure alignment and consistency in everything we do.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment within a similar role
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some the following skills:

  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a good understanding of industry regulation
  • Familiarity with the ISO 27001 standard
  • In-depth knowledge and certifications of Fire Management, First Aid and Health & Safety in the Workplace
