These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.

We are looking to hire Marketing Executive to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.

  • Align marketing efforts with the overall company goals and target audience.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.

  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand identity.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations for improved results.

  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.

  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support.

  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Marketing Collateral and Materials: Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and advertising assets.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product management, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to maximize impact and effectiveness.

  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and technological advancements.

  • Apply insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market.



Qualifications:



  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in marketing roles, including demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and achieving business objectives. 3 Years of a similar experience, ideally within the iGaming sector or a similar industry.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Proficiency in market research, analysis, and translating insights into actionable strategies.

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a marketing team. Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational abilities to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track,measure, and analyze campaign performance. Ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
