We are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Legal Counsel specializing in Compliance & Regulatory matters. In this role, you will be an integral part of our legal team, helping to ensure that our operations adhere to applicable laws and regulations. This position is perfect for a motivated individual eager to expand their legal expertise in a fast-paced industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies.
- Conducting research on regulatory changes and ensuring the company stays compliant with evolving laws.
- Supporting the legal team in reviewing contracts and agreements to identify compliance risks.
- Monitoring regulatory developments in the iGaming sector and advising on the implications for the company.
- Preparing and maintaining compliance documents and reports, ensuring accurate records.
- Collaborating with other departments to promote compliance awareness and best practices.
- Assisting in the regulatory licensing process and communications with regulatory authorities.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Providing general administrative support to the legal and compliance team as needed.

Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, ideally with a focus on compliance or regulatory matters.
- Familiarity with iGaming laws and regulations is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach and a willingness to learn and grow within the legal field.
