What will you be doing you may ask?


Register and Process Support Requests


πŸ“ Receive tickets and chat requests from users during working hours.


πŸ” Thoroughly diagnose user issues to determine their root cause.



Provide Technical Support to Users


πŸ’» Assist users in resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, networks, applications, and more.


πŸ“– Provide clear and concise instructions to users on how to troubleshoot issues.


πŸš€ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate specialists or teams.



Document and Track Support Requests


πŸ—‚οΈ Maintain records of each support request, including the problem description, troubleshooting steps, and outcome (Jira task is sufficient).


πŸ“„ Document non-trivial requests in the Global IT Support Complex Task Documentation.


πŸ”„ Track support requests until they are fully resolved.


πŸ“’ Provide users with updates on the status of their support requests.



Prevent IT Issues


πŸ›‘οΈ Develop and implement preventive measures to avoid IT issues.


πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Educate users on methods to prevent IT issues.



Maintain a Knowledge Base


πŸ“ Create and update an IT support knowledge base containing articles, guides, and other resources that may be helpful to users.

Collect User Feedback
