We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior CRM Casino Executive to join Customer Lifecycle & Retention team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel CRM Casino campaigns, promotions and communications.


• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, content, and design, to ensure consistency in CRM communications and branding.


• Monitor the performance of CRM Casino campaigns, identifying key areas for improvement.


• Contribute to the development of CRM strategies to attract and retain casino customers, expand brand reach and increase consumer loyalty.


• Propose improvements to automated customer lifecycle communications and ensure consistent gaming content across all channels.


• Stay up to date with the market trends, competitors' campaigns, promotions and communications.  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field is desirable.


• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.


• Fluent in English, both oral and written.


• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (outlook, word, excel).


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
