Location: Malta - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead the commercial strategy for our casino division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimising market share, and building strong relationships with key partners while ensuring compliance and innovation. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Continuously assess performance metrics and refine strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including game providers, platforms, and third-party suppliers.
  • Negotiate and secure favourable terms for commercial agreements to maximise profitability.
  • Monitor Casino Gross Gaming Revenue across multiple markets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute revenue-driving initiatives and promotional strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Leverage insights to enhance product differentiation and market positioning.
  • Ensure all commercial activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to align commercial goals with legal standards.
  • Drive the development of exclusive games and partnerships to offer unique products.
  • Partner with game providers to deliver high-quality, differentiated content.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial success.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or strategy role within the gaming, casino, or iGaming industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the gaming sector.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Experience in managing P&L and delivering results against revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics in the casino or gaming industry.
