The FP&A works closely with the Head of Finance in fulfilling the strategic and operational duties of the Finance Department. The role also involves supporting and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work, and ensuring alignment with department objectives. The individual will actively contribute to improving financial processes and deliver valuable insights to guide business decisions.



Role`s responsibilities: 




  • Contributing towards the preparation of monthly KPIs and performance reports.

  • Carrying out ad-hoc investigations, reconciliations, and analysis on behalf of the Head of Finance and other department heads.

  • Developing reports or presentations to communicate financial and business insights to company stakeholders.

  • Continuously improving daily tasks by leveraging technology and streamlining processes to produce faster, more accurate results.

  • Supporting the HoF and Finance team in knowledge sharing and skill development to enhance team capabilities.

  • Assisting the Head of Finance in managing departmental tasks and performance oversight.

  • Proactively proposing initiatives to improve existing financial processes.

  • Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of FP&A

  • Assisting with management reporting, month-end close procedures, year-end audits, and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Integrating analytics, data-driven decision-making, and automated processes into operations to drive customer and commercial outcomes.

  • Providing ad-hoc reporting as required.


 


Knowledge, Experience & Skills:




  • Possessing an ACCA qualification or equivalent as a minimum

  • Experience in managing key business stakeholders and handling complex, challenging projects.

  • Ideally, have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance department within the iGaming industry.

  • A genuine interest in leveraging automation and AI technologies to improve financial processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power Bi and Navision including Jet reports.

  • Strong ability to work as part of a team and support junior members.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
