A taste of what you’ll do 

The Finance Executive is mainly responsible for assistance and the general maintenance of the accounting system. The role requires the individual to liaise with multiple departments to cater to internal and external professional financial requirements. 

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate balance sheet and income statement reporting. 
  • Assistance in overseeing inter-company accounting and reconciliation processes. 
  • Prepare, review, and deliver timely financial reports and results. 
  • Evaluate operational performance and its financial implications. 
  • Prepare VAT submissions and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and oversee depreciation processes. 
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for multiple group entities. 
  • Ensure accuracy in financial consolidations, group-wide data, and reporting. 
  • Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls to ensure compliance. 
  • Assist in the internal and external audit processes. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system efficiency and reporting. 
  • Provide financial analysis and support for management reporting. 
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.


Who and what we are after?

  • ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification or in the last stages of ACCA 
  • Proven experience would be considered as an asset
  • Strong knowledge of group accounting and multi-entity financial management across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • Experience in management accounting and corporate transactions would be considered as an asset 
  • Expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., business central) and advanced Excel skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in financial controls and reporting. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.
