📋 What you will be doing:

👥 Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of graphic and motion designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

🌱 Development: onboarding, and nurturing new talent to elevate the team's capabilities.

🕒 Project Oversight: Ensure the timely completion of design projects while maintaining high standards.

⚙️ Streamline Workflows: Maintain efficient design processes and workflows for optimal productivity.

🎨 Quality Assurance: Guarantee all design outputs meet high-quality standards and align with the company’s vision.

🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to sync design strategies with overall marketing goals.

📈 Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to ensure our content stays relevant and captivating.

🔍 Quality Audits: Conduct audits of our communication channels to maintain exceptional quality and brand consistency across all markets.

Requirements

🖌️ Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and more.

🎓 Proven Experience: Demonstrated work experience and qualifications in coordination and/or management.

🎨 Visual Storytelling: Ability to create and communicate a compelling visual style that aligns with the company's brand and game themes.

📅 Project Coordination: Experience with processes and coordination tools to streamline project management.

👥 Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of designers, providing clear direction and support.

📊 Organizational Skills: Planning, organizing, and executing projects within deadlines.

🌱 Mentorship: Ability to mentor junior artists and facilitate professional growth within the team.

🎰 Industry Insight: Understanding of the iGaming industry, including trends, regulations, and market demands.

🧠 Player Engagement: Insight into player behavior and how visual elements can enhance engagement and retention.

🗣️ Lingual Proficiency: Proficient in written and spoken English, and skilled in at least one other language: Portuguese, French, Greek, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, and Russian.
