What to expect of your role:


We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, preferably with experience in the iGaming industry, who can promptly reply to customer queries via email, chats, and phone calls.



You will be expected to:



  • Be the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;

  • Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;

  • Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;

  • Refer support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;

  • Answer customer inquiries professionally and on time;

  • Liaise with customers via email, chat, and phone;


(Full training will be provided)



What you need to succeed in this role:



  • Good communication skills and empathy;

  • Persuasion skills;

  • Active listening skills;

  • Patience and self-control;

  • Good time management skills;

  • Quick thinking;

  • Product knowledge (experience in the iGaming industry is preferable);

  • Affinity with Technology;

  • Proficiency in Portuguese (from Portugal);

  • English language skills.Β
