We will entrust you with the following responsibilities: 


  • Having a “player first” mindset when handling inbound chat or email queries in a timely manner.  
  • Providing troubleshooting guidance for players’ using our services. 
  • Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for newly onboarded players. 
  • Aim to resolve player queries during the first interaction and were not possible, escalate to the correct department. 
  • Apply monetary adjustments to player account, such as manual bonuses or free spins. 
  • Build rapport with players and establish a loyal consumer base through your interactions. 
  • Diligently escalate any “out of the norm” scenarios to your leadership team whenever they arise. 
  • Mastering continuous training and development programs to expand your skill set within the Payments, Verification and Fraud sector of the business.
  • Other ad hoc duties, depending on the needs of the business.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. 
  • Customer First mindset. 
  • Creative and forward-thinking. 
  • Problem solving skills. 
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-driven and able to work on own initiative. 
  • Able to work well within a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Previous experience in an online, customer service position would be considered a plus. 
  • Experience within the iGaming industry would also be considered a plus.
