The opportunity: 


Step into a pivotal role as our bridge between business development and the Sportsbook team, where you will be the go-to expert for all internal teams and sales leads. In this key position, reporting directly to the Senior Onboarding Manager you’ll help lead the onboarding process, skillfully preempting and addressing each operator’s needs. You'll be instrumental in orchestrating engaging product presentations and demonstrations, ensuring our partners understand and utilize Sportsbook to its fullest potential.

Role overview: 


Join our dynamic team as a Customer Onboarding Manager, where you will play an important role in  the onboarding  of sportsbook clients, onto our platform. This pivotal role involves managing presentations and demos, driving the initial client facing services we offer, overseeing the successful onboarding of new operators, and helping co-ordinate . You'll coordinate closely with the Onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions and work alongside the Head of Account Management and Onboarding to strategically expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and success of our cutting-edge sportsbook offerings and the onboarding team itself.  


Key responsibilities of this role include:  


Internal Collaboration - Establish strong relationships across the business, particularly with the business development and account management teams, to ensure a dedicated Sportsbook expertise is available for sales leads. 
Product Demonstrations – Take part and lead pitches, presentations, and demos of the Sportsbook product, and coordinate demos of related platforms such as the trading platform, CMS, and other internal tools. 
Client Onboarding and Support -  Manage customer relationships from the point of sale to the successful implementation of the Sportsbook product. Manage multiple client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition post ‘go-live’. 
Collaborative Project Management - Work closely with sales, product, tech, and trading teams to ensure the onboarding journey meets customer expectations. Manage customer timelines and assist in defining their specific needs for a successful implementation. 
Customer Communication and Training - Maintain responsive communication with customers via email, chat, and calls regarding implementation issues. Build and distribute Sportsbook content and resources to educate customers and promote rapid product adoption. 
Process Optimization - Develop repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks for customer onboarding. Ensure thorough handover of operators to the internal Account Management team upon successful product launch. 
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate: 


Deep knowledge of Sportsbook products to provide customized solutions and tailored presentations for potential operators. 
Skilled at delivering compelling presentations that motivate operators to choose our Sportsbook product. 
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring information is understood without need for clarification. 
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal abilities to interact successfully with internal and external parties. 
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. 
Ability to remain composed and patient through complex onboarding processes. 
Adaptable to varying work schedules across different time zones. 
Availability for travel to global iGaming conferences as needed by the role.
