CRM QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring that a flawless CRM strategy is delivered to customers across multiple markets and products. This role takes part in defining QA processes and best practices as well as further developing test procedures.
This role will heavily collaborate with CRM Execution, Retention and Creative teams as part of an aligned Global CRM strategy.

In this position you will have an opportunity to:
- Create, review, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases
- Identify CRM campaign deficiencies and suggest solutions to ensure the highest quality across Casino, Live Casino and Sportsbook
- Work with CRM teams throughout the entire campaign life cycle and perform planned and ad-hoc testings
- Perform specific scenarios and investigative testings to determine the possible causes of issues and present the results in a comprehensive manner
- Establish, evolve and document processes and best practices that would ensure quality goals are met and shared with CRM
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance which will include various reward mechanics, bonus configurations, CRM comms and bonus redemption process
- Collaborate with other teams such as CRM Retention, Execution and Creative to gather and/or share information relating to QA activities
- Stay up-to-date with issues raised by customer service and offer solutions to ensure the best possible customer experience
To be successful in this role you need to have:
- A keen interest and/or knowledge in gaming products
- Previous experience in iGaming (preferred)
- Experience in managing testing projects, planning and implementing testing strategy and methodology (seen as an advantage)
- Previous experience with user research and user testing
- Problem solving attitude and a customer-centric mindset
- Experience with CRM and CMS tools like Wordpress, Salesforce, Optimove, Solitics or Emarsys (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
