Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a positive, "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a talented and passionate team of CRM enthusiasts.

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of below-the-line (BTL) Casino retention campaigns and communications across a diverse range of the Group’s brands and markets.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart a career in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in CRM and email marketing, while also learning about the latest tools and strategies in the field.

As a CRM Coordinator, you’ll support the daily operations of the CRM Casino Retention team and contribute to initiatives that boost customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing:
•    Support the CRM Managers with the creation of customer emails for below the line (BTL) Casino retention campaigns across a variety of brands, markets and languages. 
•    Collaborate with copywriters to ensure email content is compelling, on-brand, compliant and localised.
•    Implement dynamic content, personalisation, and interactive elements within the email to enhance user experience and engagement. 
•    Test emails for compatibility across different email clients to ensure consistent rendering and performance.
•    Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of emails.
•    Regularly review competitor campaigns to ensure that Betsson Group remains competitive in the email marketing space.Project Management: 
•    Use JIRA to effectively participate in managing CRM projects and communicate with all teams and relevant stakeholders involved.

Support CRM Managers:
•    Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks. These tasks may involve creating landing pages, configuring player rewards, uploading banners and content to the website, as well as requesting and coordinating design, content creation, and localisation.

Copywriters & Design Team: Collaborate with copywriters and the design team to develop engaging global and local content and visually appealing artwork for emails.

CRM Online Comms Design Manager: Collaborate with Manager to improve email templates and customisable features.

CRM Projects & Solutions: Offer feedback on enhancements to CRM tools and features.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • At least one year of experience in the iGaming industry or in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Strong ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions
  • A genuine passion for the online casino industry
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience using Jira
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or any of the Scandinavian languages is a strong advantage
