Neo Group is on the lookout for a Content Team Leader to join our Content Team in Ta'Xbiex, Malta.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members, conducting regular evaluations.
• Oversee the production of content across various formats, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and more.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Review and edit content to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, grammar, and creativity.
• Work closely with international writers to ensure content is culturally relevant and appropriately localized for different markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in iGaming industry.
• Experience working with global brands and adapting content for different cultural and linguistic markets.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
