SiGMA stands for "The Worlds Online Gambling Authority" and initially focused on the iGaming industry in Malta. Over time, SiGMA has expanded its scope and established itself as a leading international event organizer in the iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors.
SiGMA events bring together industry professionals, stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming and tech industries. These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.
SiGMA events have gained recognition and popularity within the iGaming and tech communities, attracting a diverse range of participants, including operators, affiliates, regulators, suppliers, investors, and service providers. The events provide a platform for industry professionals to showcase their products, services, and expertise, as well as to foster meaningful connections and partnerships in a dynamic and engaging environment.
We are looking to hire a Community Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create a community: comments, reactions, and answers to messages of people who reach our verticals on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Be creative and create interaction. You must be focused on 100% customer satisfaction. Make sure there isn't a comment repost or message that hasn't been dealt with. We want our audience to be captivated by what we post. Growth the audience with quality, you are the one who would manage our brand image.
- Be a veritable professional, escape the trap, and recognize who the real profiles are, who has real followers
- Directing people who reach SiGMA to the employee of the company according to the ask
- Crisis Management: Handle crisis situations and manage reputation management efforts if negative incidents occur within the community. Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Live content during the event: create and post a reel on the relevant platform
- Post content (News, Speakers, Exhibitors...) on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Follow the trend of each social media. You will have to write a caption and tag the good person. Use the good # strategy.
- Daily Snippets Creation for all Brands (Med-Tech/AIBC/SiGMA/AGS): uses Opus Clip, creates a caption, creates cover and posts them
- Data analysis: track community performance before and after the event. You must interpret social media traffic and online customer engagement metrics. Present your data and help to do a report for the investor.
- Work in a team: You must be a mentor who helps the person you are working with to grow and develop their knowledge. You know how to delegate by explaining tasks clearly.
Requirements:
- Good writing skills in English
- Native English
- Understand the issues/ challenges
- Knowledge of Gaming, Gambling, Crypto, Esport
- Assimilate and integrate corporate values
- Adaptability, attentive to the detail with organizational skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience building project and communication plans, training documents, and presentations
- Some management experience would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, or Customer Support
