Skywind Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Manager. As a Community Manager, your primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with partners and optimize the distribution and visibility of the company's gaming content across various client resources. Your role involves analyzing data to identify gaps and opportunities, thereby contributing to the improvement of distribution strategies to maximize engagement and revenue.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with partners and clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Content Distribution:

    • Prepare detailed reports and insights summarizing the impact of Skywind content placement on client resources. Communicate findings to internal stakeholders highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future improvements.
    • Optimize the visibility and effectiveness of the company's gaming content on partner platforms based on the previously created analysis report.
    • Coordinate the delivery and implementation of content updates and new releases.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance content distribution strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content visibility, engagement, and revenue.
    • Provide regular updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on performance data.
    • Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers.

Will be a plus:


  • Experience in community management, SEO, partner management, or a related role in the iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry and its market dynamics
  • Proficiency in additional foreign languages




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role within the gaming industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling the interpretation of complex data and extraction of actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at presenting findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
