As a Casino Product Manager, the key goal is to ensure that a data-driven approach is being used to plan and iterate on the product, so that it is easy and speedy for customers to use and a product that customers will love yet also works for our business, contributing positively to the departmental KPI’s and overall business goals.




What you’ll be doing


As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:


  • Work with the product owner, stakeholders and the rest of the Casino product team to define the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap to deliver a best in class casino product to our customers.
  • Research and analyse the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap.
  • With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases to grow Casino KPIs.
  • Be data obsessed, sharing casino insights and trends on customer behaviour to key stakeholders and the Casino team.
  • Own and prioritise the Casino product development backlog at a high-level, in collaboration with the product owner and stakeholders, taking into account commercial, customer, technical, and business requirements.
  • Identify and brief in product analytics gaps to the Data and Analytics team that would be used to drive actionable insights, working with them also to understand cost of delay of iterations and future improvements.
  • Use the product on a daily basis like a customer would across all key regions, reporting bugs and triaging, in collaboration with the product owner.
  • Identify casino product and platform capability usage gaps which stakeholders have access to and produce action plans on how these gaps can be filled.
  • Manage and communicate to stakeholders about what’s happening with the Casino product and when iterations will land, ensuring they are always informed throughout the casino product delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide an active role in the successful release of our product features in line with the roadmap and timelines.
  • Run tests, obtain results and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.
  • Document product capabilities and features on Confluence.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table


The necessary skills that we require for this role include:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
  • Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in building customer facing products in a similar Casino Product role, with a clear track record in improving Casino KPIs.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
  • Experience leading and conducting experiments using a test and learn methodology
  • Passion for great products and their experiences.
  • A have good experience using product and user analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
  • A good understanding of the casino market - gaming mechanics, game providers and games trends.
  • A good understanding of Slots, Live Casino, Jackpot Games and other games ecosystems.
  • A data driven mindset to identify gaps, evaluating impact and success.
  • A credible approach to prioritisation and have experience in managing competing priorities and demands.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and worked in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of when to initiate and lead, and when to play back-line and support.
  • Good problem solving, multitasking and initiator skills.
  • A hands-on type of character, yet with a strategic approach.



Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve


It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:


  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
