We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casino CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ibet. As the Casino CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities for our casino brands. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and promotions. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure the success of our casino brands CRM initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns that target customers at different stages of their lifecycle across multiple channels (email, SMS, on-site notifications, e.g.) aimed at maximizing customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Assist with the planning of the promotion calendar.
- Write marketing content and oversee campaign asset designs.
- Segment customer databases based on specific criteria and tailor marketing communications accordingly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and trends using CRM tools and analytics platforms to identify opportunities for personalized and data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product team to implement features and enhancements that improve the overall customer experience.
- Continuously optimize CRM campaigns through A/B testing, analysing results, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation, providing regular updates to management.
- Oversee daily operations tasks.
Your Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in iGaming.
- Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software desired, but not essential.
