As part of our planned expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to establish healthy brand growth in a competitive market, achieve set targets and follow the brand performance effectively in accordance with the goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Position the brand effectively in the market to stand out against competitors.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality, engaging promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights to improve ROI.
Market Research and Insights
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and customer preferences.
- Gather customer feedback and use data to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the gambling industry.
Brand Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key brand performance metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, product performances and brand sentiment.
- Present regular reports and insights to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Establish a strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the brand promise is delivered consistently across touchpoints.
- Lead cross-functional projects to support new product launches or brand initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver on brand objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a brand management or marketing role preferably in iGaming
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and the key metrics that drive success in the space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
- Strong understanding of business goals
