Position Overview:
As the Assistant to the Head of B2B and B2C Operations, you will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the seamless functioning of both our B2B and B2C operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the right hand to the Head of Operations, assisting with everything from scheduling and reporting to coordinating internal and external communications. Your efforts will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing overall business performance
Key Responsibilities:
1) Administrative Support
- Manage the Head of B2B and B2C Operations' calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments to ensure efficient use of time.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely responses and accurate information flow.
- Maintain and update internal databases and documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability when needed.
2) Operational Support
- Assist in tracking and monitoring key operational processes for both B2B and B2C sectors, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate tasks and projects between departments (Marketing, Product, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Support the Head of Operations in managing day-to-day tasks related to B2B partnerships, client relations, and consumer-facing operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis to help identify trends and improve performance.
3) Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, including B2B clients and vendors.
- Ensure smooth communication between the Head of Operations and other departments, providing updates on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for B2B and B2C meetings, such as client proposals, contract reviews, and operational briefs.
4) Project and Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing B2B and B2C events, conferences, and presentations, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Help track and coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Monitor progress on key initiatives and report back to the Head of Operations with regular updates.
5) Client and Partner Relations
- Support the Head of B2B Operations with relationship management for B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, contracts, and presentations to ensure business opportunities are pursued effectively.
- Help manage customer-facing operations to ensure the highest quality service is provided to players and clients.
6) Ad Hoc Tasks and Problem-Solving
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to various teams and stakeholders as required.
- Assist in solving operational challenges by liaising with relevant departments and proposing solutions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project management role, preferably within the gaming, iGaming, or online casino industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of the online casino or iGaming industry is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
