We're seeking an exceptional and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team working remotely (ideally you are based in Malta or in other iGaming hubs in Europe).

In the role, you'll manage and grow affiliate accounts, optimize performance, and drive acquisition strategies. If you're skilled in negotiation, relationship management, and have a passion for the iGaming industry, join us and play a key role in our growth.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and cultivate growth within existing affiliate accounts across all brands.
  • Mentor and support junior team members by providing training to enhance their day-to-day skills and performance.
  • Research, source, evaluate, onboard and approve new affiliates and partners to the program.
  • Monitor affiliate performance on a daily basis to make sure development is steady and positive and all data followed up with the affiliate partner. Ensure a positive ROI.
  • Contribute to the development, planning, and execution of affiliate acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies in both existing and new markets.
  • Work with the marketing team on the prioritization and display of content in line with the approved content plan.
  • Assist with the launch of new sites and brands.
  • Help grow revenue, capture leads and affiliate marketing activity.
  • Deliver activity reports for all affiliate partners.
  • Monitor player activity/affiliate activity for any suspicious behavior.
  • Follow any legal changes/ requirements to make sure all Affiliate partners are compliant.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an affiliate manager on the operator side within the iGaming industry
  • As an Affiliate Manager you are expected to have existing active relationships and have a deep understanding of European or emerging markets.
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities
  • Great understanding of acquisition metrics such as ROI, ADPU, ARPU, CR, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in relationship management and negotiation, coupled with clear communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, with a track record of success
