Over time, SiGMA has expanded its scope and established itself as a leading international event organizer in the iGaming, blockchain, and emerging technology sectors.


SiGMA events bring together industry professionals, stakeholders, experts, and enthusiasts from around the world to discuss the latest trends, innovations, challenges, and opportunities in the gaming and tech industries. These events typically feature conferences, exhibitions, networking sessions, panel discussions, keynote speeches, and various other activities aimed at facilitating knowledge sharing, business networking, and collaboration within the industry.

Responsibilities:



  • Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical) 



  • Analyze transactions and prepare reports 



  • Perform monthly reports and payroll costs  



  • Oversee banks reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable 



  • Participate in budgeting processes 



  • Brief senior managers regularly on the company’s financial status 



  • Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly 



  • Keep company financial information confidential 



  • Establish accounting policies and procedures 



  • Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations 



  • Supporting the Finance team with projects and tasks when  



  • Helping in the conversion of crypto payments 



  • Funding payout solutions on a timely manner 



  • Preparing and submitting the monthly/quarterly VAT/VIES and other Tax returns 



  • Assisting with the completion of the annual audit 



  • Processing payments according to company procedures 


 
Requirements: 



  • 2 to 3 year/s relevant experience, preferably coming from the gaming industry 



  • Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial procedures 



  • Experience with accounting software 



  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge 



  • Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail 



  • Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information 



  • BSc degree in Accounting or Finance, a(n) (part) ACCA certification 


Soft skills: 



  • Fluent in English 



  • Computer literate
