Hacksaw Gaming is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager (3rd Party Content - OpenRGS) to join the team in our Malta office. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with our valued clients, ensuring they make the most of our cutting-edge Hacksaw OpenRGS portfolio on partner sites.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining close relationships with allocated clients in a professional and organized manner;
- Ensuring clients are optimizing Hacksaw OpenRGS portfolio on partners sites;
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with customers as well as revenues across a portfolio of verticals;
- Working with clients to gain insight in product performance and complete regular client review meetings both online and in person;
- Keeping up to date with new policies and regulations which are updated from time to time;
- Demonstrating games to clients both online and in person;
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the OpenRGS vertical;
- Attending and representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to the iGaming Industry around the world;
- Assisting with other needs that may arise within the OpenRGS department.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Familiarity with customer relationship management and/or B2B account management concepts;
- Self-starter and motivated person, able to succeed within the department;
- Ability to work independently, strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
- Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in English; Russian would be considered a plus;
- A genuine interest in the gaming industry and a passion for staying informed about its developments.
Please note this is primarily an office based role.
