We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact within the organization. You will take a consultative approach to understand their business needs, anticipate challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth and maximize business opportunities across your portfolio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Take a consultative approach to understand client goals and provide tailored solutions that align with their business drivers.
- Monitor and respond to user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences relevant to the sector.
- Provide regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and market insights to senior leadership.
Your Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in account management or sales, preferably within the iGaming or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
